Boilers

Boilers are great for systems set up for hot water heating. Radiators or in-floor heat work really well with boilers, and give off a strong radiant heat for your home. If your home doesn't have ductwork or cannot be easily set up for furnace heat, boilers are an excellent option for you!

Heat Pumps

Heat Pumps can be used for heating and cooling. They are perfect for Ohio's hot summers and mild winters. For those exceptionally blistering days, we typically install them with a furnace as the auxiliary heat option. Heat pumps will switch to the furnace only when necessary, keeping them efficient and cost-effective. Heat Pumps will ensure lower gas and electric bills while keeping your home nice and toasty!

Geothermals

Geothermals can be used for heating or cooling. Geothermal heat is extracted from water in the earth, making it the eco-friendly option for heating your home. Because the temperature in the earth is constant, it's much more efficient than an air-source heat pump. Open loop and closed loop systems are available, but the best choice for your home depends on the water table and space available. We will help you get the best loop design for your situation for a dependable heat source.

Mini Splits

Mini Splits are a great option for heating or cooling small spaces. Relying on these units for mid to large homes is generally discouraged, but for apartments, small homes or a select room, one or two mini splits will keep the temperature nice and warm. These units are completely electric, and easy to use. They are mounted inside on an outside wall and are controlled with a remote - switch from heat to cool to dry and adjust the thermostat as needed.

Heat Pumps

Heat Pumps can be used for heating and cooling. They are perfect for Ohio's hot summers and mild winters. In the summer months, heat pumps work by extracting heat from indoor air and expelling it outside, leaving the indoor space cooler and more comfortable. This process is highly energy-efficient, making heat pumps a cost-effective cooling solution for Ohio's hot and humid summers. Additionally, heat pumps can dehumidify indoor air, reducing the amount of moisture in the air and improving overall indoor air quality.

Geothermals

Geothermal systems circulate cool water or refrigerant through a loop buried in the ground, absorbing heat from the indoor air and transferring it to the ground. It provides efficient, reliable and consistent cooling even during the hottest and most humid days. By tapping into the constant temperature of the earth, geothermal systems can provide cooling at a fraction of the cost of traditional air conditioning systems, resulting in lower energy bills and reducing your carbon footprint.

Mini Splits

Mini split systems offer a cost-effective and efficient cooling solution for Ohio's summers. They are designed for small spaces or areas where ductwork installation is not feasible. Mini Splits have a small outdoor unit and one or more indoor units, which are mounted on the wall or ceiling. Mini split systems are very efficient, as they have little to no energy loss through ductwork, and many use inverter technology to adjust their cooling output. Additionally, they are flexible and easy to install, making them a great option for older homes or buildings with limited space.

Filters

HVAC filters are vital to keeping your system healthy. Changing these regularly will help your system last longer so you can get the full return on your investment. How often you change them will depend on how many people and animals are living in your home, and the filter you use. Here, you will find a basic formula for determining how often you should change your filter. A professional will always be able to provide you with a more accurate and personalized suggestion, but this tool will give you some good guidelines.

Air Purifiers

Air Purifiers can be an excellent solution for allergies, air pollution, or other contaminants you do not want in your home. We offer air purifiers with and without ozone, though we typically recommend the ozone option. This will cleanse the air of germs and viruses, and get rid of any odors from things like animals or smoking.
